www.wearechangechicago.com CHICAGO IL Former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich held a book signing at Columbia College this week, promoting his new book, The Governor. He also participated in a debate for the Cinema Slapdown series hosted by the College. Members of We Are Change Chicago were on hand to watch the 1964 film Viva Las Vegas, the debate between the former governor and Dan Rybicky, and then most importantly speak with the Governor. The mainstream media was present, the panel included: ABC, WGN, NBC, FOX, CBS, Chicago Tribune, and Chicago Sun Times. Again, the media made an epic fail by not covering or bringing up issues that actually matter. As we have seen in the past year, the media has only tried to bad-name his credibility, poke fun at his hair, call him names, or criticize his personal life. We Are Change, with the intention to provide the American people with the TRUTH, talked to Governor Blagojevich about his resistance to big banks, which is what really led to his arrest.
